In the contemporary décor of the restaurant Cuvée 31, discover the bistronomic cuisine of Thibaut Reppert.
Our two dining rooms overlook the Basilica Notre Dame de L’Epine. We welcome you from Monday from 7.30pm to 9.30pm and from Tuesday to Saturday, from noon to 1.30pm and from 7.30pm to 9.30pm (Booking advised).
Dress code: smart casual. We kindly ask our guests to refrain from wearing shorts and flip-flops.
Pets are permitted in the restaurant, kindly inform us before your arrival.
Open since July the 11^th, 2018, the restaurant Cuvée 31 is listed in the Guide Gault & Millau.
